Level One: What we have been doing so far, just painting and small discussion afterward. Level Two: Paint and interact with your painting along with discussion afterward. Level Three: Paint, interact with your painting, and move to your painting's expression with discussion afterward. Intermediate and Advanced levels two and three are about showing up to your personal expression, standing tall in it and moving past shame toward true self. I invite you to deepen your process.
